Meet Zuko!

Zuko is a handsome, playful boy who absolutely loves people and is ready to find his forever home. He’s an all-around good boy with a big heart and a friendly personality. Zuko has never met a stranger and is always happy to make new friends—both human and canine.

Zuko does great with other dogs and loves to play, but he’s also perfectly content coexisting with dogs who aren’t interested in roughhousing. He has done well with cats he’s met and has been wonderful with kids, including a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old. He’s gentle, affectionate, and eager to be part of a family.

Around 3 years old and an estimated 45 pounds fully grown, Zuko is a fantastic medium-sized companion. He’s working on his basic cues like sit, down, and touch, and is already showing great manners. Zuko relaxes well on his own and is comfortable settling in and resting quietly.

In his free time, Zuko loves cuddling with his people, playing with toys, hanging out with dog friends, and earning high-value treats. He’s ready to bring joy, love, and plenty of tail wags to a lucky home.

Zuko is truly a special boy and can’t wait to find the family who will love him forever. 🐾❤️

-KNOWN WITH DOGS: Zuko is great with other dogs. He loves to play with his dog friends but is also happy to coexist with dogs that aren't interested in playing.

-KNOWN WITH CATS: Zuko has done well with cats he has met.

-KNOWN WITH KIDS: Zuko has met a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old and did wonderfully! He was happy to

-KNOWN CUES: Zuko is working on some basic skills at the farm, including sit, down, and touch.

-KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: Zuko does not have accidents overnight at the Trails Home Farm, and is able to rest and relax quietly in his kennel.

-KNOWN LIKES: Zuko loves cuddling with his people, getting high value treats, and playing with toys and dog friends.
