KNOWN WITH DOGS: Dahlia gets along with other dogs.
KNOWN WITH CATS: From her foster: She doesn’t pay our cat any attention, not scared just like “oh hello there” and keeps on her way.
KNOWN WITH KIDS: Dahlia is a very friendly dog and has done amazing with the 12 year old human in her foster home.
KNOWN COMMANDS: Dahlia is an old girl learning new tricks. She knows a few basic commands.
KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: She sleeps perfectly in her crate.
KNOWN LIKES: Dahlia loves a nice cozy place to sleep, pets and hanging with her humans and dog friends.
KNOWN DISLIKES: We don't know what she doesn't like yet.
ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Dahlia is the sweetest older beagle girl. You can tell she's had a hard life just looking at her but her spirit hasn't been beaten down. According to her foster, she is the sweetest little 20 lbs of dog. She gets along with everyone.
Dahlia came to Homeward Trails after she was found as a stray and brought to a rural shelter.
